目的了解TCT及高危HPV检测在宫颈病变及宫颈癌的灵敏度比较。方法对2007-04-2009-06新疆维吾尔自治区人民医院米东医院宫颈病变及宫颈癌患者进行回归性分析,比较TCT检测及高危HPV检测及TCT及HPV联合筛查灵敏度。结果 TCT检查灵敏度83%,HPV-HC2检查灵敏度90%,联合筛查灵敏度97%,P<0 05。结论 TCT和HPV联合检查可提高宫颈癌前病变阳性检出率,增加宫颈癌前病变的诊断符合率。
Objective To understand the sensitivity of TCT and high-risk HPV testing in cervical lesions and cervical cancer. Methods A retrospective analysis was performed on patients with cervical lesions and cervical cancer from the Meidong Hospital of People’s Hospital of Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region from 2007-04-2009-06. The TCT and high-risk HPV tests and TCT and HPV screening screening were compared. Results TCT test sensitivity 83%, HPV-HC2 test sensitivity 90%, combined screening sensitivity 97%, P <0 05. Conclusion The combined detection of TCT and HPV can improve the positive rate of cervical precancerous lesions and increase the diagnostic coincidence rate of cervical precancerous lesions.
