箱式牵引变电所已经成为了有轨电车牵引供电的首选,但是目前箱式牵引存在诸多的问题。本文通过分析现有设备的问题,提出了10k V电源系统优化,箱变整体布置优化,箱变工厂内完成调试,箱变内系统接地优化,微正压的环境控制,全铜排的连接设计,箱柜一体化的结构设计,箱变与环境和谐统一的外观喷绘设计等方案和结构的优化设计,完善了箱式牵引所在轨道交通行业的应用,为其快速健康发展的提供有力保障。
