1病例报告男,30岁.反复发作性意识不清8mo,加重2mo.病情在空腹时,发作时测血糖明显下降,最低至0.8 mmol/L～1.9mmol/L.补充糖水后症状迅速缓解,发作间期正常.曾行
1 Case report Male, 30 years old. Repeated episodes of unclear consciousness for 8 months, an increase of 2 months. On an empty stomach, the blood glucose level at the onset of attack decreased significantly, with a minimum of 0.8 mmol/L to 1.9 mmol/L. Interictal period normal.
