随着国内铝质二片罐制造业的不断发展,价格上的竞争非常激烈,为降低生产成本,各制罐厂都在寻求占制造成本70％的新材料,纷纷要求生产AA3104罐料。调查表明,国内只生产AA3004罐料。为了满足国内用户的需要,西南铝加工厂急用户之急,组织人力、物力、资力进行攻关研究,制定出两套生产方案,成功地生产出AA3104罐料。制罐厂试用后,认为两套方案生产出的AA3104罐料都能满足制罐生产线的工艺要求,达到了国外同类产品实物水平,(与国外罐料性能的对比见表1～2),认定此项技术属国内首创,填补了国内不能生产AA3104罐料的空白。
With the continuous development of the domestic aluminum can manufacturing industry, the price competition is fierce. In order to reduce the production cost, each cannery is seeking new materials accounting for 70% of the manufacturing cost, and all of them are required to produce AA3104 cans. The survey shows that only AA3004 cans are produced domestically. In order to meet the needs of domestic users, the urgent needs of the users of Southwest Aluminum Plant, the organization of human, material and financial research to develop two sets of production programs to successfully produce AA3104 cans. After the trial of the canning factory, it is considered that the AA3104 cans produced by the two sets of plans can meet the technological requirements of the canning line and reach the physical level of the same kind of foreign products (compare with the performance of foreign cans in Table 1 and 2) This technology is a domestic initiative, to fill the blank can not produce AA3104 domestic material.
