目的:比较常规护理以及中西医结合护理在老年子宫中重度脱垂阴式子宫全切术患者中的应用效果、并发症发生率及护理满意度。方法:选取2013年4月至2016年4月在广州中医药大学第一附属医院接受老年子宫中重度脱垂阴式子宫全切术的患者60例,按照随机数字表法,分为观察组和对照组,各30例。观察组接受中西医结合护理,对照组接受常规护理,分析比较2组患者的术后恢复情况、并发症发生率、护理满意度。结果:观察组患者的术后恢复情况明显优于对照组,并发症发生率(0.00)低于对照组(20.00%),护理满意度(93.33%)优于对照组(73.33%),差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:中西医结合护理较常规护理更能显著改善患者的术后恢复情况,降低并发症发生率。
OBJECTIVE: To compare the effects of conventional nursing and integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine in the treatment of severe prolapse vaginal hysterectomy in elderly patients, the incidence of complications and nursing satisfaction. Methods: From April 2013 to April 2016, 60 patients who undergone vaginal hysterectomy in elderly patients with severe prolapsed hysterectomy at the First Affiliated Hospital of Guangzhou University of Traditional Chinese Medicine were randomly divided into observation group and control group Control group, each 30 cases. The observation group received Integrative Medicine and the control group received routine nursing. The postoperative recovery, complication rate and nursing satisfaction of the two groups were analyzed and compared. Results: The postoperative recovery of the observation group was significantly better than that of the control group. The complication rate (0.00%) was lower than that of the control group (20.00%), and the satisfaction rate of nursing (93.33%) was superior to that of the control group (73.33% Statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion: Integrative Medicine nursing care more than conventional care can significantly improve the patient’s postoperative recovery, reduce the incidence of complications.
