通过磨擦试验,研究了稀土添加剂对油溶性羧酸铜与二烷基二硫代磷酸锌(T202)极压性能的影响,结果表明:油溶性羧酸铜对T202的极压性能有显著影响,T202与较高剂量铜剂复合后最大无卡咬负荷明显降低;稀土添加剂与铜剂、T202以适当比例复合,有利于极压性能提高。
The effect of rare earth additives on the extreme pressure properties of oil-soluble copper carboxylates and zinc dialkyldithiophosphate (T202) was studied by friction test. The results show that the oil-soluble copper carboxylates have a significant effect on the extreme pressure properties of T202, T202 and higher doses of copper compound after the maximum card-free bite load significantly reduced; rare earth additives and copper, T202 in an appropriate proportion of complex, is conducive to extreme pressure performance.
