红河州是云南省东南部与越南接壤的少数民族自治州 ,也是云南省几个艾滋病疫情较为严重的地州之一。通过监测我州于 1 995年发现吸毒人群感染ＨＩＶ ,以后又在性病性乱人群、职业献血员和孕产妇等多种人群中检出ＨＩＶ感染者。 2 0 0 1年 8月 ,我们首次在社会文化娱乐场所外籍 Honghe Prefecture is a minority autonomous prefecture bordering Vietnam in southeastern Yunnan Province and one of several prefectures in Yunnan Province where the AIDS epidemic is more serious. By monitoring the state’s HIV infection among drug users in 1995, HIV infection was detected in a variety of people including sexually transmitted infections, professional blood donors and pregnant women. In August 2001, we were the first time in the social and cultural entertainment foreign
