背越式技术是在高速助跑的过程中完成起跳动作,这样对于运动员来说就需要具备较大的支撑力量和快速起跳的爆发力,那么,对于一般力量和专项力量要求较高。但是,无论跳高技术如何演变,如果不具备强大的爆发力也不可能取得较好的运动成绩。近年来,随着世界跳高整体水平的不断提升,而我国的跳高成绩一直没有实现新的突破,这与后备力量的不足是密切相关的。因此,通过文献资料法和逻辑分析法对中学跳高运动员的力量训练进行了研究,旨在进一步丰富和完善中学跳高训练的理论体系。

However, no matter how high jump techniques evolve, it is impossible to achieve good athletic performance without strong explosive power. In recent years, with the continuous improvement of the global high jump, and our country’s high jump achievement has not achieved a new breakthrough, which is closely related to the lack of reserve forces. Therefore, by means of literature review and logical analysis, the strength training of high school jumpers is studied in order to further enrich and perfect the theoretical system of high school jerk training.
