国家教育部2001年印发了《教育部关于加强普通高等学校大学生心理健康教育工作的意见》,使多年来各高校为适应高校学生工作和大学生自身发展需要开展的大学生心理健康教育工作,纳入了国家教育行政部门的直接领导和规范管理。《意见》中进一步明确了心理健康教育工作在高等教育中的地位和作用,推动了高校心理健康教育工作的开展。但是,要把大学生心理健康教育工作扎实、深入地开展好.还必须进一步加大推进力度,特别要着力解决好如下几个问题。
