“信仰”本身不是法学上的概念,但是在法治化进程不断加快的情况下,法律信仰被越来越多的法律实践者甚至法学理论界所推崇。本文通过阐述法律信仰的内涵,法制与法律信仰的关系,强调了培养和提升法律信仰的重要性、分析了公民法律信仰缺失的原因,并且提出了如何培养和提升公民法律信仰的对策,以期更多的人能够自觉的将法律作为自己行为的标准,自觉自愿的服从法律,实现真正的法治,使法治不仅作为一种治国方式,更是作为一种社会状态而存在。 “Faith ” is not the concept of juridical in itself, but in the process of accelerating the rule of law, legal belief is promoted by more and more legal practitioners and even legal theorists.
