随着企业管理水平的不断提升,企业对数据分析工作越来越重视,科学严谨的分析方法,是体现真实数据本质并为企业管理提供参考的重要基础。本文基于当前电网工程造价数据分析报告中的悖论案例,通过对具体案例数据特点的分析提炼,运用简单的数据模型,阐述了辛普森悖论在电网工程造价数据分析中产生的原因,并提出数据分组研究的解决方案。同时,针对输变电工程的特点,找出影响工程造价的主要因素,在此基础上选定分组标志,提出适合现阶段技术水平和管理模式的分组方式,以避免悖论在电网工程造价分析中出现,让数据产生价值。
