文章分析了国内外动物疫苗接种政策,以及美国、欧洲和我国已审批上市的疫苗。结果表明,尽管美国、欧盟等国家对主要动物疾病采取“扑杀”为主、辅以接种疫苗的政策,但仍开展相关疫苗研发和审批。未来,这种政策有望改变,将在这些疾病防治中广泛使用疫苗,再加上基因工程和新型佐剂等新技术的发展,世界动物疫苗产业将有较大增长潜力。虽然我国对主要动物疫病采取强制免疫和扑杀并举的政策,广泛使用疫苗,并提出系列政策支持新型动物疫苗研发,但是我国的动物疫苗研发仍需要拓展物种范围,重视猪禽疫苗并发展牛羊、宠物和水产疫苗;需要鼓励企业提高研发能力,发挥市场调节作用。
The article analyzes domestic and foreign animal vaccination policies, as well as the United States, Europe and China have approved the listing of vaccines.
