以人参茎叶皂甙(SSLG)和花皂甙(SGF)对五种肿瘤模型进行了研究。结果证明SSLG和SGF,无论腹腔注射或口服,对S-180均有明显的抑制作用,对其他实验肿瘤效果较差。两者均能增强环磷酞胺的抗肿瘤作用,均能增强正常及荷瘤小鼠的网状内皮系统的吞噬功能。为此,提示人参各部分的皂甙均有抗肿瘤作用,但它们的作用强度不同。
Five tumor models were studied with Ginsenosides (SSLG) and Saponin (SGF). The results demonstrated that both SSLG and SGF have significant inhibitory effects on S-180 regardless of intraperitoneal injection or oral administration, and have poor effects on other experimental tumors. Both of them can enhance the anti-tumor effect of cyclophosphamide, and both can enhance the phagocytic function of the reticuloendothelial system in normal and tumor-bearing mice. For this reason, it is suggested that saponins of various parts of ginseng have anti-tumor effects, but their effects are different.
