最近几年,我国电力企业迅猛发展,它不仅保障了供电正常,还推动了各行各业的发展,但是其内部管理秩序中仍旧存在一些问题,这些问题在一定程度上导致了电力企业内部秩序的混乱,不利于企业实现长久发展。因此应当及时对存在的问题进行认真的研究分析,并提出科学合理的解决方案,保障企业内部正常运行,实现电力企业的可持续发展道路。接下来,本文将对电力企业在绩效管理中所存在的主要问题进行分析,并结合我国电力发展的实际情况提出相对应的解决方法,以供参考使用。
