菲律宾政府日前再次呼吁伊朗降低香蕉进口关税。菲律宾有关人士说,如果伊朗同意降低关税,3.3万名菲律宾香蕉业工人将直接受益。目前伊朗对菲律宾香蕉征收70％的关税,菲律宾香蕉运到伊朗的价格是每箱4.25美元,加上2.98美元的关税,菲香蕉在伊朗市场上的价格已达每箱7.23美元,使中低收入的伊朗家庭难以负担。
The Philippine government once again called on Iran to cut banana import tariffs. A source in the Philippines said that if Iran agreed to cut tariffs, 33,000 Philippine banana workers would benefit directly. At present, Iran imposes a 70% tariff on Philippine bananas. The Philippine banana is shipped to Iran at a price of US $ 4.25 per box plus a duty of US $ 2.98. Philippine bananas prices in the Iranian market have reached US $ 7.23 per box, making low- and middle-income Iranian family can not afford it.
