三聚氰胺属化工原料,不可用于食品加工和食品添加剂.长时间服用含三聚氰胺的奶粉可导致血尿、肾盂积水或输尿管扩张,甚至引起肾功能异常.2008年我国发生三聚氰胺污染奶粉事件之后,国家质量监督检验检疫总局发布了相关检测标准.现将目前报道的乳与乳制品中三聚氰胺的检测方法综述如下.
