附图是一件带右边和下边的“民居”8分横双连,但它的下边还完整的留有下个邮局全张的顶行横齿。看来它是从未经裁切的印刷全张沿下个邮局全张的顶行横齿分撕而成的。至于这样的全张票为什么能包装出厂却难以解释。
The figure is a “residential” with the right and bottom of the 8 cross Henglian, but it also has a complete bottom of the next post office full top transverse cross teeth. It appears to have been cut from the uncut crop of printed whole sheets along the top transverse teeth of the entire post office. As for why such a whole ticket can be shipped to the factory but difficult to explain.
