一、方法原理 本方法是根据热电偶工作原理制成。即将二根化学成分不同的金属导线焊接在一起,并在焊接端加热,则产生热电势。该热电势在闭合电路内产生电流。其电流之大小,决定于电路电阻和热电势的大小。而热电势又决定于二根导线的材料及其化学、物理性能,以及热端和冷端的温度之差。因此,当热端与冷端温度固定不变时,不同的材料产生的热电势也就不同。而我们若用同种材料,经过同样的工艺加工好的零件,其理化性能应该相近。如不近且差异很大,就是材料不同所影响。根据此原理即可区别混料钢球。
