随着经济全球化速度的加快,社会价值观念的多元化以及公众对社会道德与社会责任的重视,使得当今的企业不得不从自身开始改变,来寻求企业的可持续发展与基业长青。企业为了适应时代的发展而做出改变与回应,在技术不仅要及时更新,在管理理念上也应该与时俱进的提高自己的认识。而我国企业向来认为价值观是很虚的东西,对企业的发展无足轻重,可有可无。而本文从企业价值观对企业发展的重要作用方面,说明了价值观的重要作用。希望能够提高我国企业对价值观的认识,从而对我国企业的经营能够起到一定的启发作用。
With the acceleration of economic globalization, the diversification of social values and the public’s emphasis on social morality and social responsibility, today’s enterprises have to start from their own changes in order to seek sustainable development of enterprises and Everlasting.
