海鸥农场是广东省发展无公害茶园时间最早、面积最大、产量效益较好的农场。现拥有密植无公害投产茶园4000多亩，年总产干茶近1000吨，单产高达200多公斤，产品十分畅销。该场紧密结合当地实际，制定科学的农业管理经营措施和制茶技术管理规章制度，为大面积无公害茶园增产、提质增收确立了保证。本文从农业、工业两方面具体论述了无公害茶园创高产优质的措施与体会。
Seagull farms in Guangdong Province, the development of pollution-free tea time is the earliest, the largest, yield better farm. Now has close planting of pollution-free production of 4,000 acres of tea plantation, annual dry tea production nearly 1,000 tons, yield up to 200 kilograms, the product is very popular. The field closely integrated with the local reality, the development of scientific agricultural management practices and tea technology management rules and regulations, for large areas of pollution-free tea production, improve quality and income established a guarantee. This article specifically discusses the measures and experience of high-yield and high-quality of pollution-free tea garden from two aspects of agriculture and industry.
