目的:探讨野生与栽培苍术药材主要药理作用的差异。方法:采用无水乙醇和HC l造模,观察苍术栽培品及野生品70%醇提物对小鼠胃溃疡的影响;采用碳末推进法,观察观察苍术栽培品及野生品70%醇提物对正常小鼠和大黄致脾虚小鼠小肠运动的影响;采用最小抑菌浓度(M IC)测定研究苍术栽培品及野生品70%醇提物的体外抑菌作用。结果:同一产地茅苍术野生品与栽培品药理作用差异较小,不同产地茅苍术野生品与栽培品之间差异较大。差异主要表现在对正常、脾虚小鼠小肠推进功能的影响及抑菌作用方面,罗田产地的作用比句容产地的好。而对无水乙醇及用0.6 mol.L-1盐酸制备的大、小鼠胃溃疡的抑制作用无明显差异。结论:在主要药效方面,茅苍术栽培品与野生品无显著差异,实验结果为茅苍术栽培品代替野生品提供一些药效学依据。
Objective: To explore the differences of the main pharmacological effects between wild and cultivated Atractylodes. Methods: Using ethanol and HCl as model, the effect of 70% ethanol extract of wild herb and herb extract on gastric ulcer in mice was observed. The effect of 70% alcohol extract On the small intestine motility of normal mice and rhubarb-induced spleen deficiency mice. The antibacterial activity of 70% ethanol extracts from the herb and the wild plants was studied by using minimum inhibitory concentration (M IC). Results: There was little difference in the pharmacological effects between the wild and cultivated products of Atractylodes macrocephala in the same place, and there was a great difference between the wild and cultivated products of Atractylodes macrocephala in different areas. Differences mainly in the normal, small intestine promote the function of mice with spleen deficiency and antibacterial effect, the role of origin of Luotian better than the origin of Jurong. There was no significant difference in the inhibitory effect between ethanol and the gastric ulcer prepared by 0.6 mol.L-1 hydrochloric acid. Conclusion: There is no significant difference in the main efficacy of Atractylodes lancea cultivars and wild products, and the experimental results provide some pharmacodynamic evidences for the cultivars of Atractylodes lancea instead of wild ones.
