为了探讨国产规范化甲型肝炎 (甲肝 )减毒活疫苗 (LA - 1株 )不同免疫程序的长期免疫原性 ,在广西壮族自治区柳城县筛检出甲肝抗体IgG阴性的 6~ 9岁儿童 15 6名 ,分为 3组 ,各组年龄和性别构成均衡。甲肝疫苗由长春生物制品研究所提供 ,滴度为 10 6 75TCID50 。A组接种 1剂甲肝疫苗 ,B组按 0、6个月程序 ,C组按 0、12个月程序分别接种 2剂甲肝疫苗。A组于免疫后 6、12、2 4、36个月 ,B、C组于第 2针免疫后 1个月、首针免疫后 12、2 4、36个月定人随访采血 ,用美国Abbott公司ImxmEIA试剂检测甲肝抗体IgG。结果显示 :A组免疫后 6~ 2 4个月的抗体阳性率88 6 %~ 91 4% ,GMT 10 5mIU/ml~ 10 6mIU/ml,第 36个月时阳性率 80 0 % ,GMT 99 2 0mIU/ml。B、C组的抗体水平变化趋势大致相同。抗体GMT均在第 2针免疫后 1个月达到高峰 ,分别为 12 0 4 6 3mIU/ml和 34 6 3 2 1mIU/ml,从峰值到第 2 4个月间 ,两组GMT分别迅速下降了 5 9%和 83% (为 489 12mIU/ml和 5 96 5 7mIU/ml) ;第 36个月 ,分别缓慢降至 45 9 6 8mIU/ml和 5 0 6 2 3mIU/ml,较第 2 4个月分别下降 6 %和 15 %。B、C组在 2针免疫后 ,抗体水平始终显著高于A组 ,在第 36个月 ,GMT分别是A组的 4 6倍和 5 1倍 ,阳性率 (97% )亦高于同期A组 (80 % )。
In order to investigate the long - term immunogenicity of different immunization programs of domestic normalized live attenuated hepatitis A (A) attenuated vaccine (LA - 1), hepatitis A IgG antibody negative 6 to 9 years old children were screened in Liucheng County, Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region Name, divided into 3 groups, each group age and gender constitute a balanced. The results showed that the positive rate of antibody in group A was 88 6% ~ 91 4% and the GMT 10 5mIU / ml ~ 10 6mIU / ml at 6 ~ 24 months after immunization, the positive rate was 80% at 36 months, the GMT 99 2 0mIU / ml.
