现代口腔医学已不只是解决病症、恢复功能,而是在此同时,实现功能和美学的统一。微笑美学已经成为现代人客观评价面部容貌的标准之一。人在微笑过程中所表露的牙体、牙龈和唇齿之间的关系,已经成为口腔美学的分析指标。为了使主观的美学量化,便于在治疗过程中形成客观的测量指标,各种评估方法层出不穷。文章就目前口腔牙颌面多种软硬组织诊治中常用的美学评价指标和方法做一介绍。
Modern stomatology has not only solved the illness, restore function, but at the same time, to achieve the unity of function and aesthetics. Smile aesthetics has become one of the criteria that modern people objectively evaluate facial appearance. The relationship between teeth, gums and lips and teeth revealed by people during their smile has become an index of oral esthetics. In order to quantify the subjective aesthetics, to facilitate the formation of objective measurement in the treatment process, various assessment methods are emerging. This article introduces the commonly used aesthetical evaluation indexes and methods in the diagnosis and treatment of various kinds of oral and maxillofacial hard and soft tissues.
