在毛主席革命路线的指引下,在批林批孔运动和学习无产阶级专政理论运动的推动下,在深入学习和贯彻全国农业学大寨会议精神的热潮中,冶金部喷锚支护设计规程审定会、湖南冶金局坑木代用现场经验交流会于一九七五年十一月五日至十五日在湖南湘东铁矿矿务局召开。参加部会议的有全国冶金系统勘察、设计、施工、生产、科研、院校等37个单位的58名代表,上海同济大学、西安交通大学和武汉岩体力学研究所等五个单位也应邀参加了会议。参加省局会议的有湖南冶金系统设计、施工、生产、科研、院校等31个单位70名代表,省内外一些兄弟单位也应邀出席了会议。冶金部建筑研究院、湖南省冶金局有关部门领导分别代表部、省局主持了会议。茶陵县委、湘东铁矿矿务局党委领导同志出席了大会。
