目的对6~12岁正常儿童P-ERG特点及儿童P-ERG检测方法作一初步探讨.方法使用丹麦EVOMATIC4000型电生理仪,采用翻转棋盘格作刺激,选择90′、46?6′、20?7′三种空间频率,P-VEP与P-ERG同步记录的方法,对56名正常儿童进行P-ERG检测,结果随空间频率增高正常儿童P-ERG的A波、B波潜伏期均延长,B波振幅降低,符合P-ERG空间调谐特性.各年龄组儿童间P-ERG无明显差异.正常个体左、右两眼间B波振幅存在较大差异.结论在儿童P-ERG研究中,以两眼间差值作为统计指标更为合理“,”Abstract Objective To survey the characteristics of P-ERG responses in 6~12 years old children and to probe P-ERG testing methods for children.
