21世纪以来我国地震灾害层出不穷,我们的抗震加固工作是在和地震灾害的斗争中,不断探索,不断开拓,不断前进的。多年来我国在结构抗震加固方面开展了大量的试验研究取得了系统的研究成果,并在实践中积累了丰富的经验,抗震加固技术水平属世界先进水平。这就昭示着我们要用最新的技术、材料、方法、工艺,将现有在用房屋加固好、改建好,使其达到小震不坏、中震可修、大震不倒的“三水准”抗震设防要求。为满足公用建筑和民用建筑在安全性、经济性、社会性和有效性的需求,我们的抗震加固工作可以说是任重而道远。下面我就结合一些实践中的经验谈谈在在抗震加固工程中的质量控制要点。
Since the 21st century, there are an endless number of earthquakes in our country. Our seismic strengthening work is constantly explored, developed and continuously progressed in the fight against earthquakes. Over the years our country has carried out a large number of experimental studies on seismic strengthening of structures and has made systematic research results. We have accumulated rich experience in practice, and the seismic technology is at the advanced level in the world. This shows that we want to use the latest technology, materials, methods, technology, will be used in the existing housing consolidation, reconstruction, so that it is not bad, small earthquake can be repaired, earthquake does not fall “ Level ”seismic requirements. To meet the safety, economic, social and effectiveness needs of public buildings and civil buildings, our seismic strengthening work can be a long way to go. Now I will combine some practical experience to talk about in the seismic strengthening project quality control points.
