我国一些地区发生的非典型肺炎疫情,对人民群众身体健康和生命安全造成了严重威胁。湖北省处于中部地区又是全国的交通枢纽,人口流动性大,外出打工人员多,非典型肺炎输入我省,甚至在局部扩散的可能性很大,防治工作形势十分严峻。做好非典型肺炎患者防治工作,妥善解决非典型肺炎患者的救治费用,关系到改革发展稳定的大局和广大人民群众的身体健康与生命安全。确保非典患者得到及时有效的救治,对做好非典防治工作,控制和消除非典疫情至关重要。湖北省各级财政部门要积极行动,把防治非典作为当前各级财政部门最重要的政治和业务来抓,努力把这项工作抓早抓好抓紧抓实。
The outbreak of the SARS in some areas of our country poses a grave threat to the health and safety of the people. Hubei Province is a transportation hub in the central region and the country. It has a large population mobility and many migrant workers. It is highly likely that SARS will enter the province and even spread locally. The situation in prevention and control is very grim. Doing prevention and treatment of SARS patients and properly handling the cost of treatment for atypical pneumonia patients are related to the overall situation of reform, development, and stability, as well as the general health and life safety of the general public. Ensuring timely and effective treatment of atypical pneumonia patients is essential for doing a good job in SARS prevention and control and for eliminating the SARS epidemic. The financial departments at all levels in Hubei Province should take positive actions to regard prevention and treatment of SARS as the most important political and business task of the financial departments at all levels at present, and strive to grasp this task as early as possible and pay close attention to reality.
