自从2011年7月起,在新的财务制度的运行期间,医院的财务管理等事宜显得愈加重要。加强医院财务管控和降低风险,有助于更加实现医院的公益服务性,适应市场发展的需求;有助于深化医疗改革,提高社会效益;有助于医院实行新的财务管理制度,强化科学管理。本文试从医院财务管理的风险类型和应对措施等方面进行阐述,以期提高医院运行效率,实现资金有效管理。
Since July 2011, matters such as the financial management of hospitals have become even more important during the operation of the new financial system. Strengthen the financial control and risk reduction of the hospital, help to further realize the public service of the hospital and meet the demand of market development; help to deepen the medical reform and enhance the social benefits; help the hospital to implement the new financial management system and strengthen the scientific management . This article tries to elaborate from the aspects of hospital’s financial management risk types and countermeasures, with a view to improve the hospital operating efficiency and realize the effective management of funds.
