改革开放的深入和社会主义市场经济的发展,为当前农村经济的发展提供了良好机遇。近年来,随着经济结构的调整,国家不断加大对农村的投入,农村基层组织干部职务犯罪案件呈现出上升趋势,损害了广大农民的切身利益,降低了农村基层干部在群众中的信任度,影响了新农村建设的进程。因此,研究当前农村基层干部职务犯罪现状,发现问题,分析原因,探索对策,以减少此类犯罪的发生,具有极为重要的现实意义。
