介绍了当前形势下煤炭企业精益化管理的背景和内涵,提出了煤炭企业实施精益化管理的有效途径,并以山西王坡为例,列举了企业实施精益化管理2年多来,所取得的一系列成果。最后指出了煤炭企业实施精益化管理的难点并提出建议,对煤炭企业摆脱困境、提升核心竞争力具有一定的借鉴意义。
This paper introduces the background and connotation of the lean management of the coal enterprises in the current situation and puts forward an effective way for the coal enterprises to implement the lean management. Taking Wangpo in Shanxi Province as an example, this paper lists the two years that the enterprises implemented the lean management, A series of achievements. At last, it points out the difficulties and suggestions of implementing lean management in coal enterprises, which has certain reference significance for coal enterprises to get out of their predicament and enhance their core competitiveness.
