本研究以花椰菜无菌苗顶芽为外植体, 诱导出不定芽, 进行了快速繁殖, 并对影响试管苗素质和繁殖系数的因素作了探讨。试管苗在 M S- 199 培养基上,每代每月繁殖系数达5 倍多,在无激素的 M S培养基上生根率达到98% 以上, 批量移栽平均成活率达到98% , 再生植株在田间正常结球, 开花结籽, 具有良好的遗传稳定性。
In this study, cauliflower aseptic shoots as explants to induce adventitious buds, rapid propagation, and factors that affect the quality of test tube plantlets and reproductive coefficients were discussed.
