以50%乙醇为溶剂,亚硝酸钠、硝酸铝、氢氧化钠为显色剂,以芦丁为对照品,在536nm波长处,用分光光度法对4种新疆维吾尔传统药用植物骆驼刺、凤仙花、酸模、石榴提取物中的总黄酮含量进行了测定,方法简单、方便,结果准确、可靠。其中酸模提取物总黄酮含量最高达到了37%,其次是骆驼刺丙酮提取物,含量为22.9%。这些结果为进一步开发新疆药用植物资源提供了一定的理论依据。
Using 50% ethanol as solvent, sodium nitrite, aluminum nitrate and sodium hydroxide as chromogenic reagent and rutin as reference substance, spectrophotometry was used to analyze the effects of 4 traditional Uighur medicinal plants, Impatiens, acid model, pomegranate extract of the total flavonoids were determined, the method is simple, convenient, accurate and reliable results. Among them, the content of total flavonoids in acid mold extract reached 37%, followed by the camelid acetone extract in an amount of 22.9%. These results provide some theoretical basis for further development of medicinal plant resources in Xinjiang.
