本实验使用辣根过氧化物酶标记葡萄球菌蛋白A(HRP-PA)对大鼠脑内β-内啡肽(β-EP)免疫反应细胞进行定位。下丘脑弓状核和垂体的核周质中观察到棕黄色的β-EP免疫反应产物,在导水管腹侧有较密集的β-EP免疫反应颗粒。这结果表明,采用HRP-PA定位脑内β-EP免疫反应细胞乃是一种良好的方法。
In this experiment, HRP-PA was used to localize the β-EP immunoreactive cells in rat brain. Brown-yellow β-EP immunoreactivity was observed in the periplasm of the hypothalamic arcuate nucleus and pituitary, with dense β-EP immunoreactive particles in the ventral surface of the aqueduct. This result suggests that HRP-PA is a good method to localize β-EP immunoreactive cells in the brain.
