脑卒中是严重威胁人类健康和生命的常见病、多发病。脑卒中后抑郁是指在脑血管病后所出现的以情绪低落，兴趣缺乏以及乐趣丧失为主要表现的临床症状群。本研究对130例急性期脑卒中患者在脑血管病后出现的抑郁症的发病率、与神经功能缺损程度的关系及治疗进行研究，报告如下。
