1能源产业相关政策密集出台,能源资源开发利用步入科学发展时代2007年堪称“能源产业政策年”:1月22日,《煤炭工业发展“十一五”规划》公布;4月10日,国家《能源发展“十一五”规划》公布;8月30日《天然气利用政策》颁布;9月4日,国家发改委《可再生能源中长期发展规划》公布;11月26日,《国家环境保护“十一五”规划》公布;12月3日《煤炭产业政策》颁布实施;12月26日,中国政府首次发布《中国的能源状况与政策》白皮书。
1 Relevant policies of the energy industry are introduced intensively, and energy resources development and utilization step into the era of scientific development. In 2007, it was called the “Year of Energy Industry Policy”: On January 22, the “11th Five-year Plan” for the Development of the Coal Industry was announced; On April 10, the “Eleventh Five-year” Plan for Energy Development was announced; the Natural Gas Utilization Policy was promulgated on August 30; the Medium and Long-term Development Plan for Renewable Energy by the National Development and Reform Commission was announced on September 4; On January 26, “Eleventh Five-year” Plan of “National Environmental Protection” was announced; “Coal Industry Policy” was promulgated and implemented on December 3; and on December 26, the Chinese government released for the first time a white paper entitled “China’s Energy Situation and Policies.”
