目的研究陕西户县野生柴胡的中药学形态特征。方法采用相机近距拍摄,采集其鉴别特征。结果户县野生柴胡有明显的扭曲状纵皱纹,3根排列成行的茎痕,明显的横向皮孔突起,并且断面具极强的纤维性。结论以上特征可作为野生户县柴胡与其他家种与野生品种的鉴别对照。
Objective To study the morphological characteristics of traditional Chinese medicine (Bupleurum chinense) in Huxian County, Shaanxi Province. Methods The close-up camera was used to collect the differential features. Results The wild Bupleurum in Huxian County had obvious twisted vertical wrinkles, three stalk marks arranged in a row, obvious transverse lenticels protruding, and the cross-section was extremely fibrous. Conclusion The above characteristics can be used as a wild Huaci Bupleurum with other species and wild varieties of the control.
