斑马鱼作为一种新型模式脊椎动物正逐渐拓展和深入到生命体的多种系统的发育、功能和疾病的研究中,并应用于小分子化合物的大规模新药筛选。在中医药事业日益发展的今天,斑马鱼在中药成分活性筛选、中药药效研究、中药代谢研究和中药毒理研究等方面发挥着重要作用。介绍了近年来模式生物斑马鱼在中医药研究中的应用概况及安全评价情况,以期有利于中医药事业的快速发展。 As a new model of zebrafish, vertebrates are gradually expanding into the development, function and disease of various systems of living organisms and applied to large-scale screening of new drugs for small molecule compounds. With the development of traditional Chinese medicine, zebrafish play an important role in active screening of traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) components, traditional Chinese medicine efficacy research, traditional Chinese medicine metabolism research and traditional Chinese medicine toxicology research. In this paper, the application and safety evaluation of model organism zebrafish in Chinese medicine research are introduced in order to promote the rapid development of Chinese medicine.
