导致中职教师心理挫折的因素主要表现在三个方面,依次是学生因素、学校因素、个人发展因素等。面对中职教师心理挫折这一问题时,学校管理人员一方面应加强学校各项管理工作,防止教师产生心理挫折;另一方面要正确对待已产生心理挫折的教师,积极引导化消极因素为积极因素的具体措施和落实方法。
