香港制造业业已大量北移广东,形成了“前店后厂”的产业组合。但由于这些北移制造业的技术层次低,广东目前亦面临工业技术升级的问题。基于粤港两地的比较优势,未来粤港产业结构优化的方向是:广东在香港强大第三产业优势的支持下,逐步形成粤港制造业融合发展,以国际市场为依托,以国内劳力及资源为后盾,发展以新技术、新设计为主导的日用消费品劳动密集型的出口加工体系。
Hong Kong’s manufacturing industry has moved northwards to Guangdong in a large amount, forming a “front-end and back-factory” industrial portfolio. However, due to the low level of technology in these industries moving northwards, Guangdong is also facing the problem of industrial upgrading.
