在已建成的多跨厂房内增建长69m、宽18m的精锻机基础。基底深5m,基础的外边缘至厂房外侧边柱基础内边的净距仅1m,而基底比柱基底深1.8m,施工时大面积超深开挖将影响厂房边柱地基的稳定。本文对经多方案比较后所采用的预制钢筋混凝土防护桩在计算原则、构件设计、试制与施工、科学试验等诸方面进行了探讨与分析。
The foundation of precision forging machine with a length of 69m and a width of 18m has been built in the multi-span building already built. The base depth is 5m, and the net distance between the base outer edge and the inner side of the basement side pillar is only 1m, and the base is 1.8m deeper than the base of the column. Excavation with large area and deep depth during construction will affect the stability of the side pillar foundation of the powerhouse. This paper discusses and analyzes the prefabricated reinforced concrete protection piles used in the comparison of multiple schemes in terms of calculation principles, component design, trial construction and construction, and scientific experiments.
