随着近年来电商对旅游行业的渗透,传统旅行社的生存与发展受到了极大的挑战。本文从旅行社内部服务产品开发创新角度研究,探讨传统旅行社的服务产品的创新策略,试图为传统旅行社谋求一条生存发展之路。
With the infiltration of the business operators into the tourism industry in recent years, the survival and development of the traditional travel agencies have been greatly challenged. In this paper, from the point of view of the development and innovation of service products in travel agencies, this paper discusses the innovative tactics of service products in traditional travel agencies and attempts to seek a survival and development path for traditional travel agents.
