为监测高功率脉冲电源的工作状况,设计、制作了13 MJ大功率脉冲电源的诊断系统。该系统由Rogowski电流互感器、高压探针、光电隔离仪和PXI总线数据采集系统及运行软件组成,能够检测到每个电源模块的工作状况,可以迅速判断出发生故障的功率组件。放电电流信号的采用Rogowski电流互感器测量,充、放电电压信号使用高压探针测量;数据采集系统由1台测试主机和11台测试子机组成主从网络结构,以满足分布式测量需求;并使用LabVIEW语言编写了采集和处理软件。通过测量220个电源模块放电电流、11个电源组汇流器放电电流和11个电源组充、放电电压等参数,该系统可实时监控13 MJ脉冲电源的运行状况,及时发现发生故障的电源模块和功率组件。大量运行实验表明该系统可靠性高,操作简便和工作效率高,其设计可供未来的类似系统参考。
To monitor the working condition of high power pulse power supply, a diagnostic system of 13 MJ high power pulse power was designed and manufactured. The system consists of Rogowski current transformers, high-voltage probes, opto-isolator and PXI bus data acquisition system and running software. It can detect the working status of each power module and quickly determine the faulty power components. The discharge current signal is measured by Rogowski current transformer. The charge and discharge voltage signals are measured by high-voltage probe. The data acquisition system is composed of a test host and 11 test sub-machines. The data acquisition system meets the requirements of distributed measurement. Acquisition and processing software was written using the LabVIEW language. By measuring the discharge current of 220 power modules, the discharge current of 11 power banks and the charge and discharge voltage of 11 power banks, the system can monitor the operating status of 13 MJ pulse power sources in real time and find out the power modules and Power components. Extensive experiments show that the system is highly reliable, easy to operate and work efficiently and is designed for future reference systems.
