随着教育事业的发展,以及新课改的不断推进,我国初中教育面临着新的机遇和挑战,初中班主任管理工作也在新时代背景下,有了新的要求和变化。初中班主任对初中学生的学习和成长有着至关重要的影响,可以说初中班主任管理工作的质量直接决定着初中学生能否健康成长。初中班主任管理要与时俱进,根据学生的实际情况,采用教育艺术展开工作。笔者立足初中班主任的工作实践,对初中班主任管理工作中的教育艺术进行探究,仅供参考。
With the development of education and the continuous advancement of new curriculum reform, junior middle school education in our country is facing new opportunities and challenges. Under the background of the new era, the management of junior middle school teachers also has new requirements and changes. The junior middle school teacher has a crucial influence on the junior high school students’ learning and growth. It can be said that the quality of junior middle school teacher management directly determines whether the middle school students can grow healthily. Junior high school teacher management should advance with the times, according to the actual situation of students, the use of educational arts to start work. Based on the work experience of junior middle school teacher, the author explores the art of education in the management of junior middle school teachers for reference purposes only.
