学生党建是指高校为建设中国特色社会主义社会,提出的对事业接班人和可靠建设者开展一系列党建活动与工作。学生就业率充分体现了高校对人才培养的成效,是学校开展党建工作的最终目的,二者之间可建设相辅相成的联动机制,提高学生就业率。本文就学生党建工作与就业工作的内在联系进行分析,阐述了构建学生党建与就业工作存在的问题,最终提出构建学生党建与就业工作联动机制的实施路径。
Party building by students refers to a series of Party-building activities and work proposed by colleges and universities for successors and reliable builders of undertakings for building socialism with Chinese characteristics. Student employment rate fully reflects the effectiveness of university personnel training, is the school’s ultimate goal of party building work, between the two can build complementary mechanisms to improve student employment rate. This paper analyzes the inherent relationship between the party building and employment of students, elaborates the existing problems in the construction of the party building and employment of students, and finally puts forward the implementation path of building the linkage mechanism between the party building and employment of students.
