In view of the increasing emphasis on sustainable design in Vancouver, Canada, Bjarkeingels Group (BIG), the larger partner in Vancouver, recently designed a distorted high-rise residential tower for Vancouver. This high-rise residential building is located just off the Bridge of Grandver, a 49-storey building with 600 residential units. The high-rise home is built with LEED Gold certification and is designed with a variety of sustainable materials, including green roofs and facades with solar panels. The building is 30 meters from the Bridge of the Grand, so residents are not affected by heavy traffic.
