金属材料屈服强度指标是机械设计的主要依据之一,因此测试屈服强度数据的准确性和精度,对机械设计和结构的使用寿命就显得特别重要。 影响屈服强度指标的因素很多,大致可分为两大类:其一,是金属材料本质的影响,如合金化、热处理、冷热加工所决定的组织状态、化学成份等;其二,是试验温度、加载速度、应力状态、介质环境、测试精度等外因条件影响。
The yield strength index of metallic materials is one of the main basis for mechanical design.
