通过某商业综合体的工程设计实例,指出该项目防火设计中存在的主要问题并进行讨论分析,从防火分隔、安全疏散、消防系统设计等方面重点阐述了将商业综合体中的室内步行街设计为“亚安全区”、两侧精品店设计为“防火单元”的措施,并对面积超过规范要求的IMAX影厅从防火分隔、安全疏散、消防设施、装修装饰等方面提出了防火设计优化措施,最后利用数值模拟方法验证了该方案的有效性,旨在为《建筑设计防火规范》GB50016-2014施行后商业综合体的防火设计提供参考.
The project design example of a commercial complex points out the main problems in the project fire prevention design and carries on the discussion and analysis. From the perspectives of fire separation, safety evacuation and fire protection system design, the article mainly elaborates the design of the indoor pedestrian street in the commercial complex as “Asia Security Zone ”, both sides of the boutiques designed “fire unit ” measures, and the area exceeds the requirements of the IMAX cinema from the fire separation, safety evacuation, fire facilities, decoration and other aspects of the proposed fire Design optimization measures, and finally the effectiveness of the scheme is verified by numerical simulation, which is intended to provide a reference for the fire protection design of commercial complex after the implementation of GB50016-2014.
