本文首先分析新医改下医院人力资源管理现状,其次结合当前人力资源管理现存问题,对新医改下医院人力资源管理应采取的措施予以探究。
This article first analyzes the status quo of hospital human resource management under the new medical reform, and secondly, it explores the measures to be taken in the management of hospital human resources under the new medical reform in combination with the existing problems in current human resource management.
