以6个生长势各异的葡萄品种为试材,采用石蜡切片法,观察了各品种的叶片横切结构,并分别测定了6份供试材料叶片各生理指标的差异,以揭示葡萄品种生长势差异的相关机制。结果表明:各供试材料的叶片横切结构及生理指标均表现出一定的差异。其中,弱生长势品种“维拉莎”和“京秀”新梢生长速率慢、生物量积累少;在叶片横切结构上这2个品种表现出中脉厚度小、叶脉突起度小、栅栏组织与海绵组织的比值大等特征,且与强生长势品种之间的差异达到显著性水平,符合弱生长势品种的解剖学特征;此外,“维拉莎”和“京秀”的叶片可溶性糖含量、淀粉含量、游离脯氨酸含量和过氧化物酶(POD)活性均显著高于其它品种,而净光合速率和蒸腾速率则显著低于其它品种,这些也符合弱生长势品种的生理特征。
