目的 观察大豆磷脂脂质体对家兔心肌缺血再灌注损伤时心脏血流动力学、血清乳酸脱氢酶 (L DH)和心肌梗死范围的影响。方法 阻断家兔冠脉 45 min后 ,分别灌注大豆磷脂脂体或生理盐水 ,3 h后测定各项指标。结果 脂质体保护组与非保护组相比 :1左室内压上升最大速率和左室内压下降最大速率均升高非常明显 (P<0 .0 1) ,左室内压峰值升高 ;2心肌梗死范围明显缩小、L DH活性显著下降 (P<0 .0 1)。结论 大豆磷脂脂质体对心肌缺血再灌注损伤具有保护作用。
Objective To observe the effects of soybean phospholipid liposomes on cardiac hemodynamics, serum lactate dehydrogenase (L DH) and myocardial infarction area during myocardial ischemia-reperfusion injury in rabbits. Methods Rabbit coronary artery occlusion for 45 min, respectively, after the infusion of soybean phospholipid or saline, 3 h after the determination of the indicators. Results Compared with the non-protective group, the maximum protective rate of left ventricular pressure and the maximum rate of left ventricular pressure descending were significantly higher in the lipoprotein-protected group (P <0.01) The extent of infarct was significantly reduced and L DH activity was significantly decreased (P <0.01). Conclusion Soybean phospholipid liposomes have a protective effect on myocardial ischemia-reperfusion injury.
